Our services are designed for various individuals, including those needing short-term assistance post-hospital discharge, chronically or terminally ill patients, permanently disabled individuals, elderly needing in-home assistance, and families seeking respite care.

We directly bill your insurance carrier, depending on your coverage level. We work with Medicare/MediCal and can bill them directly if you are eligible. For direct payments, our statements will itemize visits and hours spent by our health care professionals, and you pay a per visit or per hour rate.

Home health is ideal for:
- Patients needing short-term assistance after a hospital discharge.
- Individuals who are chronically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled and prefer to stay at home.
- Elderly people requiring in-home assistance due to illness or disability.
- Families seeking respite care to provide short-term relief for those caring for an ill parent or relative.

Coverage depends on your insurance plan's benefits. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your eligibility and the extent of coverage for home health services.

If you're not covered by insurance, we offer direct payment options. You will receive a clear statement detailing the visits and hours provided by our home health care professionals, and payment will be based on a per visit or per hour rate.

Home health only provides medically necessary services – skilled services prescribed or recommended by a medical doctor. It does not provide unskilled services or daily necessities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and transportation. These services are covered by personal home care assistance. Some home health care services offer personal home care assistance at an additional cost, which may or may not be covered by insurance or Medicare.
